Espri Integrative Wellness


is a holistic medicine practice located off Main Street in Weaverville, North Carolina and offers services to nurture and empower the mind, body and spirit. We believe that healing is a unique journey and seek to support each individual with compassion, understanding and care.

We provide an integration of modern modalities and traditional Chinese medicine practices including acupuncture, micro/nano needling, Chinese herbal medicine, nutritional guidance, gua sha, cupping, moxibustion, and electroacupuncture to provided a complete system of care.

Meet Your Practitioner

Jasmine Espri Villarreal is founder of Espri Integrative Wellness and a licensed acupuncturist certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Upon completion of a four year degree in Classical Chinese acupuncture and herbal medicine with a two year clinical internship, she received her Master’s degree from Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts in 2022.

Jasmine’s educational training includes Traditional and Classical Chinese medicine theory and practice (TCM/CCM), advanced acupuncture techniques, tuina (Chinese medical massage), orthopedic assessment, western nutrition, TCM food therapy, essential oil therapy, Chinese herbal medicine and biomedical training in anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, lab diagnosis and physical examination. Additionally, she holds certification for micro-needling and has continued education and practice in fertility, conception, prenatal care, facial rejuvenation and anti-aging modalities. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in general psychology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, and worked as an autism support professional for the Autism Society of North Carolina for four years until her pursuit in education in integrative health care beginning in 2017.   

Jasmine believe’s that a deeper knowledge and understanding of our bodies, both in states of balance and imbalance, can connect us to greater states of well-being. She encourages these ideas in treatment sessions through education, bodywork, mindfulness and reflectiveness to illuminate new paths for positive change. She looks forward to working with you helping you attain your healing goals! 

Outside of the clinic, you can find her, listening to music, dancing, taking long walks, practicing yoga, cooking, learning something new, spending time in nature, and spending quality time with family and friends.
