Acupuncture and Integrative Therapies
These services combine modern and traditional therapies including acupuncture, Chinese medicine, integrative bodywork, herbal medicine, nutritional and lifestyle counseling to provide comprehensive care for your mind, body and spirit.
Acupuncture and Chinese medicine recognize the mind, body and spirit as one integrated whole, so one symptom may actually be the result of another issue somewhere else in the body. Collections of various symptoms and characteristics form Chinese medicine patterns which inform your diagnosis and acupuncture treatments.
Acupuncture utilizes fine, hair-thin needles to access acupuncture points along acupuncture meridians/channels as a means to restore balance in your body and address the root cause of your symptoms.
